Revision & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is a top priority for me! I am completely available at all times to make sure you are happy with whatever type of content you received from 101content.com.
Refunds
In case you are not satisfied with our work and want me to issue a refund:
A) If we have not started working on your order yet, you will receive a 100% refund immediately.
B) If we have already started working on your order, then please note that we can not issue a refund for work in progress. However, we are happy to issue a refund for the rest of the project that’s still pending. For example, if you ordered 10 articles and our writers are already writing 4 of these, but have not yet started working on the other 6, then we can give you a full refund for the other 6 articles.
C) If the work has already been delivered, it can not be returned. There is no refund for delivered products and services. Please note that all products and services of 101content.com are non-tangible goods and that there is no physical shipping; everything is being delivered per email or is being downloaded from our servers.
Revision
If the work that you have received from us is not as described on the website (101content.com), or as discussed in the written conversation between [dan] at [101content] dot [com] and you, we are happy to make revisions. If we are not able to deliver or make the revisions, you will receive a 100% refund for the parts that we can not deliver or revise.
Here is the Revision Policy in more detail:
- Refunds will be provided if the content does not pass Copyscape with a 0% duplication rate; no questions asked
- Rewrites will be given at no charge if instructions or specifications were not followed
- Rewrites will be billable if instructions are changed or not specified from the beginning
- No refunds or rewrites will be provided for subjective reasons. If you feel that something is off, please be prepared to explain exactly why you are not pleased with in the content. If we can not provide you with what you need through a revision, then a refund will be considered
Requests for a refund or revision must be made in writing to [dan] at [101content] dot [com] and received within 48 hours after delivery. When a refund is issued, you have to agree in writing that you will not use the articles for which you have received the refund any longer, and that you will delete all files. This is subject to all vendor copyright laws.
Any abuses of this policy, as determined at the sole discretion of 101content.com, may lead to a denial of a refund.
